What You May Experience During the Session

Each person experiences Kundalini energy in a unique and individual way. There is no right or wrong way to experience the process. The energy works intelligently, responding to your system’s readiness and releasing what your body, mind, and subconscious are prepared to let go of.

The most important aspect is to remain open, relaxed, and receptive, allowing yourself to feel whatever naturally arises without resistance or expectation.

During the session, Kundalini energy may manifest in various physical, emotional, or energetic sensations, including:

Physical sensations and spontaneous movements

  • spontaneous body movements

  • trembling or shaking

  • muscle contractions or gentle spasms

  • small or intense jerking movements

  • graceful, flowing movements of the arms or body

  • swaying or rocking

  • movements similar to dance

  • spontaneous yoga postures or body positions

  • sudden releases of tension

  • subtle tapping or pulsation within the body

These movements occur naturally as the body releases stored tension and restores energetic balance.

Energetic sensations

  • feeling energy flowing through the body

  • sensations of warmth or heat in specific areas

  • sensations of coolness or waves of energy

  • tingling or vibrations

  • goosebumps

  • pressure or expansion in certain parts of the body

  • sensations of energy moving along the spine

  • feeling energy radiating from the hands or heart center

  • a sense of lightness or, at times, heaviness as the body enters deep relaxation

These sensations reflect the activation and movement of life force energy within your energetic system.

Emotional release and inner experience

  • spontaneous emotional release

  • feelings of peace, calm, and inner stillness

  • states of deep relaxation or bliss

  • sudden insights or emotional clarity

  • feelings of openness, love, or connection

Emotions that surface during the session are part of the natural process of release and integration.

Visual and intuitive experiences

  • seeing light, colors, or inner imagery

  • spontaneous visions or symbolic impressions

  • heightened intuition or inner awareness

  • a sense of expanded consciousness

  • inner guidance or deep inner knowing

Some individuals enter deeply meditative states, where the mind becomes quiet and awareness expands beyond ordinary perception.

Deep states of relaxation and surrender

Many clients experience profound states of stillness, where the body feels heavy, grounded, and deeply relaxed. Others may feel light, open, and expanded.

You may also enter a state between wakefulness and meditation, where the nervous system shifts into deep restoration and healing.

This is a natural state in which the body and subconscious integrate energetic changes and release stored emotional and energetic imprints.

Each session is guided by your body’s innate intelligence. The energy will never force anything — it supports only what your system is ready to release and integrate.

Some sessions may feel subtle, others more intense. Both experiences are equally valuable and supportive for your healing and transformation.
